Program: This program supports court and court-based initiatives that aim to improve
civil and criminal court functions, enhance court infrastructure and improve court
responses to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking.
Award: Judicial Education and Court Personnel Training Project: $50,000, Domestic
Violence Docket Project: $100,000, Dedicated Domestic Violence Court Project:
$300,000, Sexual Assault Project: $350,000, Specialized Domestic Violence Court
Enhancement Project: $450,000
Eligibility: Federal, State, Tribal, Territorial or local courts or court-based programs
Conference Calls: Both conference calls are scheduled for 2 pm – 4 pm Eastern Time
on: January 20, 2010 and February 3, 2010
