The 2015 Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC) will be held at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, TX, on March 4-6.
Hosted by the Nonprofit Technology Network, the conference will offer over 100 educational sessions on the latest in nonprofit technology, as well as three plenaries, a Science Fair exhibit hall, and networking opportunities. There is also a pre-conference, held on Tuesday, March 3, which will include two, all-day workshops: Drupal Day and Wordpress Day.
According to the 15NTC press release, there will be two Ignite events this year, taking place during the opening and closing plenaries. These presentations give participants a chance to speak on a topic they are passionate about for five minutes and with only twenty slides, which advance automatically every 15 seconds. The application deadline to be an Ignite speaker is December 19.
Started in 2001 by NTEN, the conference is “the single largest event focused on the nonprofit sector and technology.” Over 2,100 people attended last year’s conference in Washington D.C.
The conference is open to both NTEN members and non-members, but members do receive a significant discount. 15NTC is offering an early-bird rate if you register before December 15. More information about the conference and how to register can be found here.
