Upcoming Conferences for Nonprofit Professionals

Social Media for Nonprofits hosts conferences across the country throughout the year.  The next conferences will be held in New York City on July 21. Sessions focus on social media strategies for nonprofit organizations, including mobile campaigns, storytelling, and engaging supporters through social media. The 16th Annual Symposium for Nonprofit Professionals and Volunteers is a one-day event to be held on June 22 in Chicago. Attend special sessions and events to learn what makes nonprofit organizations succeed. Considered the largest general nonprofit management conference in the Midwest, the symposium also features a resource center with vendors and exhibitors of nonprofit professional services. The American Marketing Association’s Nonprofit Marketing Conference is a place where nonprofit marketers discover the latest trends and technologies. This year’s program will focus on motivating the generations, getting personal with storytelling, making cause marketing work, and amping up integrated communications. The DMA New York Nonprofit Conference’s premier two-day event will be held August 4-5th at the New York Hilton. Join hundreds of fundraising and marketing professionals to “exchange innovative marketing and fundraising ideas, generate insightful solutions and think creatively to help you make the relationship with your donors even stronger.” More information can be found here. 
 

This year’s Social Good Summit will be held September 27-28 at the 92nd Street Y in New York City. Speakers at the two-day conference include global leaders and grassroots activists. Web of Change’s annual conference will be held October 12-16 at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California.
