On May 8th, join a unique dialogue on child, maternal, and reproductive health at Mom+Social, a one-day event "focused on motherhood and the role of social media, technology, and philanthropy to improve the health of moms and children everywhere."

The event will be held at the 92Y Tribeca in New York City and on Livestream from 9:00am EST – 6pm EST. The program includes discussions on empowering girls, supporting maternal and newborn health, addressing issues that endanger women globally, and uniting mothers for change.  Several speakers will take the stage, including Jennifer Lopez, Christy Turlington, Ann Curry and Mrs. Ban Soon-Taek, Spouse of the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon.

Mom+Social concludes the Global Mom Relay, a 60-day online conversation connecting moms and leading experts in 141 countries to discuss ways to improve the health of mothers and children around the world.
